Jana was a delight to work with and did a tremendous job helping us sell our current home AND find our new home! She is extremely authentic and worked closely with us to determine our needs/wants in a new house and was able to get us top dollar for our old home in the process. She went above and beyond - working around the clock (and at moment's notice) to take our calls, keep us updated on new home developments, and bring exciting & timely opportunities to our attention. We felt we received the highest care we could receive in a Realtor, so we want to give a big thanks to Jana! My wife and I will continue to recommend her to all our friends and family!

I have had a long time relationship with Shorewest agents. Seven years ago Deborah was referred to me by another agency. Apparently they did not have enough capacity at the time. Their loss. After selling and buying with Deborah, we remain friends to this day. She has since been promoted but continues to assist me, even recommending an agent up north to purchase a lake home. Most recently, Deborah pared me with one of her agents to purchase a condo. Jana and I clicked immediately, so much so that I recommended my daughter contact her. That relationship also worked out well. I can honestly say we had a lot of laughs during a process that can be very stressful. I feel lucky to have met Jana !!! She worked tirelessly for me in my 7 month journey to find a home that I never want to move from. On a personal level Jana was very in tune to my needs and kept me going when I got discouraged. On a professional level I was awestruck by how she took care of EVERYTHING!!! Jana answered my questions, provided great advice, did the negotiating, made sure all papers were in order, stayed on top of all deadlines and made the process go smoothly. I am forever grateful.

At our first meeting, Jana asked me to tell her what I loved about each area as we toured the house. It took a long time because my house was so loved. During the sales process, Jana was an excellent communicator. She followed through persistently on all leads and made sure that the buyers' agents were aware of my house's unique characteristics. She was cheerful and reassuring throughout the process. I had an excellent experience using Jana as my listing agent and highly recommend her.

Jana was wonderful to work with. She assisted with ideas for small updates on the house to make it more attractive to buyers. She was always very responsive. Jana kept us positive when the first two accepted offers fell through due to buyers failure to secure financing

Jana went out of her way to help us out. We live out of state and on multiple occasions she went by the house to check on it, helped us find a contractor to fix some issues, schedule cleaning services. Greatly appreciate all her help and selling our home.
